Activities Director

This role is responsible for organizing, planning, and developing engaging programming and regular activities for residents to maintain their physical conditioning, overall health, and social connections. The position involves coordinating special events, supervising outings, and facilitating resident council meetings while ensuring a safe and respectful environment. The individual will also provide training and support to staff, assist with resident care needs, and maintain compliance with safety and privacy regulations.
