Per diem Program Assistant at a continuing care retirement community supporting resident well-being through tailored therapeutic and recreational activities across physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, and emotional domains. The role partners with the Programming team to adapt programs to residents’ needs and interests and supports community life enrichment initiatives. This position is focused on enhancing quality of life for older adults in a residential senior living setting.
