Activity Assistant

The Activity Assistant provides therapeutic activities to residents to improve their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being according to their individual plans of care. This role involves conducting assessments, organizing group and individual activities, and maintaining a safe and homelike environment for residents. The position supports the Activity Director in developing activity calendars and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulations.
