Activity Instructor-Art

The Activity Instructor-Art teaches and facilitates a youth-centered class tailored to their specific expertise, preparing and developing age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that fuse arts and academic competencies. The role involves fostering a strength-based, trauma-informed environment that promotes teamwork, emotional growth, and a sense of belonging among participants. The instructor engages in group conversations, tracks student academic success, and participates in staff meetings and other program activities.
