About this role
A one-year Advanced Practice Fellowship providing intensive post-graduate clinical training for recent PA and NP graduates to support their transition into hospital-based inpatient practice. The fellowship builds measurable clinical skills and confidence through supervised patient care, coursework, shadowing, and mentorship. Fellows are coached by Medical Directors, the APP Director, and clinical preceptors to prepare for acute care practice.
