Acute Care Registered Nurse providing safe, effective, and culturally competent care for patients with acute medical and surgical conditions. Manages diverse patient populations including post-operative, medical, telemetry, and neurologic patients while coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams and supervising LPNs and patient care assistants. Uses evidence-based practice and critical thinking to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcome-based care and participates in telemetry and cardiac monitoring when applicable.
