An Acute @ Home Grade 2 Physiotherapist position providing overall physiotherapy management for Hospital in the Home (HITH) and Residential In‑Reach (RIR) patients, working across clinic, ward/ED and patient home/residential settings. The role is part‑time (0.3 EFT fixed term or 0.6 EFT permanent) based in Fitzroy and operates within a multidisciplinary, medically led directorate focused on supporting earlier return to home from campus‑based care.
