AD, People Analytics Partner

The Associate Director, People Analytics Partner is a strategic member of Gartner’s People Analytics team who partners with HR and Recruiting leadership to scale analytics capabilities that support HR’s mission-critical priorities and Gartner’s growth objectives. The role focuses on translating workforce data into actionable insights, influencing analytics and product roadmaps, and working closely with senior leaders across the business. The position is based within commutable distance to Irving, TX and operates in Gartner’s hybrid work environment.
