About this role
The ADA Specialist is a professional-level role in Unum’s Leave Management Center serving as a single point of contact for employers to provide consultation and education on disability-related matters. The position facilitates ADA file reviews, reviews medical and job information, and makes recommendations for worksite modifications to support stay-at-work and return-to-work efforts. The role coordinates with clinical, vocational, and legal resources and supports clear communication between employers, employees, and providers.
