Adaptive Fitness Trainer

Special Strong SWFL is seeking an Adaptive Fitness Trainer to work one-on-one and in small groups with individuals of all abilities at partner gyms and community spaces. This part-time role focuses on building relationships with athletes and their families while providing adaptive fitness training that fosters confidence, strength, and independence. The position offers a flexible schedule with hours capping at 20 per week, allowing trainers to add meaningful work alongside their existing commitments.
