Addictions Counsellor / Case Manager (Safe Beds)

The Addictions Counsellor / Case Manager provides supportive addiction counselling and case management to clients in the Mississauga Short-Stay Crisis Support Program, helping them transition into the community with established support networks. This full-time role involves conducting assessments, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to address substance use and mental health challenges. The position is primarily community-based within the Region of Peel with one day of remote work per week.
