Addictions Support Worker

The Addictions Support Worker provides crisis intervention, rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses and addictions, helping them live successfully in the community. This role involves developing crisis and recovery plans, offering life skills coaching, and coordinating with outside services to support client wellness and substance use interventions. The position requires collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best practice competencies in psychosocial rehabilitation.
