Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Tutor

The Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Tutor provides support for apprentices with additional learning needs, disabilities, or barriers to learning, ensuring appropriate interventions and resources are in place to help them achieve their qualifications. This role involves collaborating with tutors, employers, and external agencies to create an inclusive learning environment and conducting regular reviews to document support for funding claims. The tutor also supports training for other staff on best practices for assisting learners with ALN and ensures workplace adjustments are implemented.
