Additive Engineering Internship/Co-op (Spring, Summer, Fall 2026)

The Additive Engineering Intern will support development and scaling of Freeform's metal 3D printing processes, contributing to high-volume production efforts. Interns work cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams, own end-to-end projects, and apply data-driven and first-principles approaches to improve printing and downstream machining. The role emphasizes hands-on design experience, iteration, and synthesizing machine, inspection, and post-processing data to drive process improvements.
