About this role

The Additive Manufacturing Program Manager leads the operation and growth of a new Additive Manufacturing Centre across the EMEA region, serving as the central authority for digital part management and catalog governance. This role involves establishing operational workflows, driving adoption of print-on-demand solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, IT, and supply chain teams to maximize value. The successful candidate will manage the centralized part database, ensure data integrity, and track cost savings metrics while leading a team of technical specialists.

Responsibilities

Lead the establishment and scaling of the Additive Manufacturing Centre across EMEA
Govern digital part management and maintain centralized catalog integrity
Define workflows and operating procedures for AM part support activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and eliminate redundancy
Track, analyze, and report cost savings metrics across plants and divisions
