Addressing User Overload in Progressive Multiple Linked Views

This is a research position within the Visual Computing and Engineering department focused on developing interactive visualization and modeling methods for digital twins and complex technical systems. The role investigates challenges in progressive visualizations of spatial datasets, specifically aiming to create efficient mechanisms for updating linked geospatial map views without overloading users. The work involves analyzing current systems, identifying user challenges, and designing or prototyping strategies to balance real-time feedback with cognitive load.
