As an Administrative Assistant reporting to the VP of Actuarial and Enterprise Products, you will provide proactive administrative support and manage the executive's calendar, correspondence, and meetings. You will coordinate logistics for corporate events, prepare budgets, and handle confidential documents, including regulatory filings with the AMF. This role requires advanced proficiency in French and English, strong written communication skills, and a partnership with the VP to organize management committee activities.
