The Lead Doctoral Faculty Mentor (LDFM) supports EdD doctoral students/candidates as they complete their Dissertation in Practice, providing long-term mentorship through the program. The LDFM mentors assigned candidates across 5-6 semesters to ensure progression toward a quality applied-research dissertation and culminating presentation. This is a year-round, stipend-based service role that includes participation in program training and engagement with a community of scholars.
