ADK (Assembly Design Kit) Engineer

SK hynix America is seeking an experienced ADK Engineer to join its Advanced Packaging R&D team, focusing on the development of design rules and verification flows for next-generation 2.5D/3D Interposer and Heterogeneous Integration technologies. The role serves as a bridge between package architecture, process integration, and design implementation to ensure designs are manufacturable, reliable, and high-yielding. The engineer will define DRC and LVS frameworks, optimize design-to-signoff flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate time-to-market.
