Admin - Clerical

This role is responsible for managing patient intake processes, including greeting patients, handling paperwork, and entering demographic information into the electronic health record. The position also involves answering incoming calls, directing them to appropriate staff, and collecting payments for office visits. Additional duties include scanning documents, entering referrals, and cross-training in other organizational areas as needed.
