About this role
This role manages and coordinates core administrative and operational processes across the Build-to-Rent portfolio and head office for Vertus Residential Management Limited. It brings together business administration, financial coordination, HR onboarding and oversight of licences and utilities to support the wider management team. The post reports to the Director - Operations and provides leadership for junior administration staff while supporting mobilisation and governance activities.
