Administration Officer - Headspace

The Administration Officer will be the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors at headspace Eastern Shore, providing a welcoming and inclusive experience while managing reception operations, appointment bookings, and administrative support. The role supports the multidisciplinary team by coordinating referrals, clinician schedules, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure smooth service delivery for young people aged 12‑25.
