The Administration Officer supports the Facilities Manager in delivering facilities administration and workplace services, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. The role involves managing access control, visitor administration, vendor coordination, and maintaining a safe and well-presented workplace environment. It also includes processing purchase orders, supporting ESG data reporting, and assisting with internal projects and events.
