Administration Officer

The Administration Officer provides administrative, financial, and operational support to the Domestic and Family Violence Counselling and Court Support Service in the Port Douglas–Daintree region. This part-time role serves as the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, records, and service arrangements while maintaining confidentiality and a trauma-aware approach. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and experience in financial administration to ensure smooth service delivery.
