This position supports the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization's Safety and Accreditation Programs. Working collaboratively with site leadership and organizational stakeholders, the role serves as an operational resource for continuous accreditation readiness by proactively identifying safety, regulatory, and accreditation risks. The position involves conducting readiness and compliance activities, monitoring corrective actions, and providing education and technical assistance to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
