Administration Team Member

This role supports the Administration team for Canada Life Income, Segregated Funds by serving as a resource for Field Partners, Financial Advisors, and the Client Service Centre. The position involves resolving inquiries, processing fund transactions, and ensuring contract accuracy while maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The team member will also handle reconciliations and contribute to various projects as needed.
