This role oversees the daily operations of multiple Our Lady of the FMOL Physician Group practices, focusing on physician relationships, staff relations, customer service, and financial management. The position provides leadership to Practice Managers and office staff while guiding physicians on business development and overseeing special projects, acquisitions, and new practice start-ups. It ensures medical equipment and physical properties are maintained and coordinates administrative policies to meet patient needs.
