Administrative and Executive Support

This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to the General Manager and site leadership team at Thales. The position involves coordinating meetings, managing reception and visitor coordination, and supporting employee engagement initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for visitors, stakeholders, and internal teams while maintaining strong organisational standards.
