Administrative and Operational Support

This position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Deputy Provost and the Associate Provost for Academic Excellence, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and key functions across the division. The role partners closely with other divisional administrative staff to ensure alignment, continuity, and seamless service. It involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and supporting shared governance committees. The position also handles administrative support for budgets, grants, and financial transactions while maintaining confidential records and office operations.
