Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper

The Administrative Assistant and Bookkeeper provides administrative, clerical, reporting, and daily bookkeeping support to the Regional Director of the EI Asia-Pacific Region. This role requires maintaining accurate office files, managing accounts and cash funds in compliance with Thai bookkeeping policies, and utilizing internal accounting software for financial record-keeping. The position also involves assisting with office events, providing translation services, and performing receptionist duties as needed.
