Administrative Assistant for College Counseling

This 12-month exempt position provides operational support to the college counseling department, managing electronic files for college applications and assisting counselors with the application process using platforms like Naviance and the Common Application. The role involves maintaining accurate data, coordinating college representative visits and events, and managing communications and inquiries for the college counseling office. It also includes processing faculty recommendations, maintaining the department's library and supplies, and supporting the Bright Futures and NCAA clearinghouse processes.
