Administrative Assistant I – Mail Receiving Services

This full-time, twelve-month position handles all incoming purchases, freight distribution, and package delivery to various departments at Kilgore College. The role involves maintaining records of capital assets and finances, assisting with asset tagging, and managing promotional inventory. The position also requires operating a forklift and mail sorting machinery, as well as ensuring the safe and efficient operation of department vehicles.
