Administrative Assistant I

This role supports the County Clerk and Chief Deputy for Elections by managing clerical and administrative tasks for the Elections Division. Key duties include assisting with polling location selection, supervising part-time hiring efforts, preparing election kits, calculating payroll, and coordinating training schedules. The successful candidate will also manage supply orders, maintain inventory systems, and provide advice to election workers regarding regulations and procedures.
