Administrative Assistant I

The Administrative Assistant I provides routine administrative and transactional support to the Plant Manager, production planning, purchasing, shipping, and Human Resources departments within a manufacturing facility. This role involves managing the Plant Manager's calendar, assisting with work order packets and purchase orders, and maintaining shipping documents and records. The position also includes front desk duties such as welcoming visitors, managing sign-in procedures, and professionally handling incoming calls and mail.
