S.A. Comunale is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Fremont Branch, handling general clerical, purchasing, inventory, and accounting responsibilities. The role involves maintaining records, dispatching technicians, processing payroll and billing, and assisting the Service Manager with scheduling and project-based work. This position serves as a professional point of contact for in-person and phone interactions while supporting the Alarm & Detection and Inspections Departments.
