Administrative Assistant / Med Staff Coordinator

This role provides administrative and clerical support to one or more departments while coordinating the effective functioning of the credentialing process to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements. The position involves managing medical staff clinical department and committee meetings, maintaining confidential credentials files, and performing all aspects of credentialing including appointment, reappointment, and privileging. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
