Administrative Assistant - Mobility

The Administrative Assistant - Mobility role supports the KC-46 WLC program at Tinker AFB by independently coordinating executive calendars, meetings, taskers, records, travel, correspondence, briefings, training, and inspections. The position requires expert knowledge of DoD administrative processes, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across Government, contractor, and external organizations. An active Secret clearance is required for this full-time, career-driven position.
