Administrative Assistant, Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics (STEM)

The Administrative Assistant supports the Division of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) at Guilford Technical Community College by managing a variety of administrative and support functions. This role ensures efficient daily operations through independent initiative and collaboration with internal and external college constituencies. The position involves handling payroll, contracts, purchasing, data entry, correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, budget assistance, and meeting minutes.
