Administrative Assistant – Talent & People

This role serves as a central hub for the People function, providing high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Talent Acquisition & People and supporting various departments including HR, Benefits, and Operations. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate onboarding processes, and assist with strategic initiatives to enhance the employee experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
