The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive executive support to the General Manager and Directors in a dynamic medical manufacturing environment, handling calendar management, document preparation, travel coordination, and meeting facilitation. This role acts as a key liaison between executive leadership and internal/external partners, ensuring confidentiality, organization, and effective communication across the organization.
