Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant will perform basic office management tasks such as billing, supply ordering, and meeting coordination, while also supporting the project management team with data entry, meeting setup, and report generation. The role includes compiling project submittal and close‑out packages, taking meeting minutes, and generating regular reports for directors and project managers.
