The Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, volunteers, donors, and community partners at the Foodbank of Santa Barbara County's Santa Maria campus, managing front desk operations and office logistics. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this part‑time role provides administrative support to ensure smooth, professional operations across Foodbank locations.
Food Banks BC is the provincial association of food banks and a leading voice for food insecurity issues in British Columbia. They support 111 hunger relief agencies across the province, providing resources to tackle hunger and serving over 100,000 unique clients monthly. Through research, advocacy, and funding, Food Banks BC works toward ending the need for a charitable food system in BC.
