Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the Corporate Legal department and the Legal & IP Organization with a wide range of activities, including legal administrative and secretarial support, database management, and project assistance. The role also involves facility management support, such as coordinating with office suppliers, processing invoices, and managing office operations. Based at the ST Amsterdam holding office, the position requires collaboration within a small team and with colleagues globally.
