Administrative Assistant

This role supports the Montreal team by managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and overseeing daily office operations to ensure a productive workplace environment. The Administrative Assistant acts as a trusted partner to executives, handling confidential information, bilingual communications, and workplace experience initiatives. The position requires a minimum of three days per week on-site in the Montreal office.
