Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides general office support for the Red Shield Center, including assistance with written and oral communications, data organization, finance reports, payables, and deposits. The role involves managing administrative duties such as scheduling, mail distribution, and supply ordering, while also handling recruitment, payroll processing, and benefits management. This position supports the Corps Officers and ensures the smooth operation of the center's administrative functions.
