Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, and RATT team for the Commander, Naval Surface Forces, Pacific Fleet Readiness Assistance Training Team program. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing travel, preparing reports and correspondence, and ensuring timely submission of contract deliverables. The position supports a geographically dispersed team and requires handling classified materials in accordance with security protocols.
