Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports the Director and management team within the ICT department by managing daily calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating agendas, minutes, and reports. The role involves supporting staff payroll processing, ordering departmental supplies, and managing the Rogers Wireless account and devices. Additional administrative and organizational functions are performed as required.
