Administrative Assistant

This role provides clerical and social service support to the Sr. Director and program staff, ensuring the effective implementation of AVANCE-Houston Core Programs, Healthy Relationships, and United Way Programs. The position involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating events and logistics, maintaining records, and facilitating communication with internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong organizational skills to support budget tracking, reporting, and community partnerships within established funding parameters.
