Administrative Assistant

This role involves performing a variety of administrative duties for general managers and staff within the hotel's administration department. The position serves as the primary point of contact for visitors and callers, manages correspondence, reports, and presentations, and coordinates office operations and scheduling. The ideal candidate will support daily office functions, assist with project planning, and help maintain departmental budgets and supplies.
