Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations within a fast-paced towing and impound environment, focusing on accounts payable, customer communication, data entry, and accurate documentation of tow tickets, invoices, and payments. This role ensures smooth coordination between drivers, dispatch, customers, and management while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The position serves as the first point of contact for customers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams, handling calls and requests with accuracy and urgency.
